There's nothing like a trip to the zoo. The boys love this area. You have to wait for the "tide" to come in and then it shoots through a blow hole type of thing. The boys love to get wet.
Show me your scary dinosaur face!
"I'm Indiana Jones." "No, I'm Indiana Jones!"
The boys had been dying to get to the new dinosaur exhibit. They were moving, making noise, spitting, etc. The boys even got to dig for fossils and brought home some small teeth that they uncovered.
Colby liked the hatching eggs.
We read lots of signs and the boys even found a map that showed where many dinosaur fossils have been found. They were thrilled to find out that Tyrannasaurus Rex were found in Washington.
The T-Rex was LOUD and big. It surprised the boys. You could hear it throughout much of the exhibit.

Right near the entrance there was a dinosaur that had it's robotics exposed. I think that might help some of the kids to not be as scared if they understand how it works. The boys loved controlling the dinosaur.
