Brady's Test

Brady is still getting his migraines and the doctors at Doernbecher were concerned that there might be pressure from his surgery. So he had an Inter Cranial Pressure test this week. He had a bolt screwed into his skull with a probe that touched his brain and monitored the pressure for 24 hours. It was very scary for all of us and we are glad that it's over. The good part, all of the pressures were normal, so no need to think that these are anything other than regular migraines. : )

Mazatlan Trip

As usual my pictures are out of order. I'll figure it out eventually. ; ) This is the evidence of the trip... brown backs and white bums. I wonder what they would look like if I hadn't slathered them with 50 sunblock every two hours. We all had fun. The boys were glad to come home to the animals though. The day after we got home we went to the store and Colby wanted to ride in an open-air taxi. Sorry, they don't have those here. "I want to go back to Mexico."
Our last look at the ocean before heading to the airport. This is the view from the restaurant where we ate many of our meals.
Our family photo finally taken on the last day. This is on the balcony of our room.

Hangin' at the pool.

I love my little brother.
Dad took the boys in the "blue pool" as Colby called it.
Let me help you smile Dad.

Playing at the beach with the toys we bought in town.

Unfortunately they weren't well-made and Brady sliced his finger open on the seam. Oh well. It will eventually heal.

Hanging out in the room watching TV after a long day of play at the pool.

Ice cream from the minit mart.

One of the many sunset views from our room. You can also see the side of the resort that has tennis courts, ping pong, shuffle board, volleyball, soccer, crafts, hair braiding, massages...

The resort had all sorts of activities for kids and adults. Colby competed in a watermelon eating contest. This is the "photo opp" piece of watermelon.

This is the actual piece that he ate.

There were 3 iguanas that lived by the pool at the resort. Small, medium and large. The boys quickly decided they were Dad, Mom, and Baby. This is Baby. They would venture into the restaurant area for scraps after each meal.

This is Dad.
They lived under the rocks by this sign.

The boys left their autographs at Senior Frog's Restaurant. Brady wrote Majewski 08 and Brady (ignore the A at the top left by someone else).

Colby's turn.
The gift shop had a plank that you walked up to the entrance and the kids loved the pirate theme.

The boys loved running from the waves.

There was a jellyfish warning the entire time we were there. We didn't let the kids get in the ocean that much because people were getting stung.

The view of the pool and restaurant (oh, and the ocean) from our balcony.

Riding the noodle.
I'll squirt you!
